How an Engagement Works.
A clear, written process from the first call to handover, so you always know what is being built, what it costs, and who owns it.
A free 15-minute call to understand your product, where it stands today, and what "done" means for you. For AI-built apps, we ask to see the codebase or a live build.
You receive a written scope with deliverables, milestones, timeline and price before any work starts. Changes to scope go through a written change request.
We work in short sprints with a live staging environment and a demo at the end of each one, so you see real progress every week.
Before launch we run automated tests, dependency and vulnerability scans, and a manual review of authentication, data access and secrets handling.
Code is committed to your own repositories and deployed to your own cloud accounts. IP for each milestone transfers to you when that milestone is paid.
Bug fixes are covered for the warranty period stated in your agreement. After that you can move to a support retainer or take the product in-house.

Common questions
What happens on the first discovery call?
It is a free 15-minute call to understand your product, where it stands today, and what done means for you. For AI-built apps, we ask to see the codebase or a live build. You leave knowing whether we are a good fit.
Will I get a written quote before work starts?
Yes. You receive a written scope with deliverables, milestones, timeline and price before any work starts. Changes to scope go through a written change request, so nothing is added to the price silently.
How will I see progress while it is being built?
We work in short sprints with a live staging environment and a demo at the end of each one, so you see real progress every week.
Who owns the code when the project is handed over?
Code is committed to your own repositories and deployed to your own cloud accounts. IP for each milestone transfers to you when that milestone is paid. Bug fixes are covered for the warranty period stated in your agreement.
