Specific deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms for any engagement are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is the property of Zovintra Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Custom software deliverables produced under client contracts are transferred according to the IP ownership clauses specified in the client's Master Services Agreement.

Clients engaging Zovintra agree to provide accurate information, timely reviews, and maintain confidentiality of shared credentials and staging environments.
