Zovintra is an IT services company based in Rajasthan, India, offering a range of professional services including, but not limited to:

• Web Development (custom websites, web applications, e-commerce)
• Mobile App Development (iOS, Android, cross-platform)
• UI/UX Design (user research, wireframing, prototyping, design systems)
• Cloud & DevOps (infrastructure setup, CI/CD pipelines, cloud migrations)
• SEO & Digital Marketing (search engine optimisation, performance marketing, content strategy)

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement entered into between Zovintra and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site -including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software -is the exclusive property of Zovintra or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without prior written consent from Zovintra. Custom deliverables produced under a client engagement are governed by the IP terms specified in the relevant SOW.

4. Client Obligations

Where you engage Zovintra for services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the delivery of services
• Supply timely feedback, approvals, and decisions within agreed timeframes to avoid project delays
• Respect Zovintra's intellectual property and that of any third-party tools or libraries used in your project
• Not use any deliverables provided by Zovintra for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials, staging environments, or proprietary materials shared during the engagement

5. Limitation of Liability

The information and content on this Site are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zovintra does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zovintra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages -including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities -arising out of your use of this Site or reliance on any information contained herein. Zovintra makes no warranty regarding business outcomes resulting from the use of its services.

6. Indemnification

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the applicable SOW or service agreement. Zovintra reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Zovintra, or third parties, or for any other reason at Zovintra's sole discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to inconvenient forum.

9. Changes to Terms

Zovintra reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
